SIGNED WAIVER REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION.
Certificate good for one new student age 18+ only. One certificate per student. Recipient’s choice of Tuesday class enrollment OR Saturday adult class enrollment. Three months of classes must be used consecutively. No change or partial certificate for unused differences can be issued. Non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Certificate must be presented for validation upon arrival. Students are subject to all normal rules, regulations and requirements. Steel Ring Academy LLC is not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
